Morzine lift opening dates

The Super Morzine telecabine and Zore chairlift are opening on the 15th of june which is two weeks earlier than had been scheduled.
The Pleney telecabine will not be running this summer as it is being replaced ready for Winter 2013/14. However there will be a bus service running between Morzine and Les Gets between the 29th of June and the 1st of September so bikers can still access the Chavannes and Mont Chery area. The buses are going to be specifically adapted so they can take bikes. The trails on Pleney are still being marked and looked after as they can be accessed from the Les Gets side.
Although not ideal don’t forget Pleney is only a small part of a huge network of trails [downhill, all mountain and cross country ] which encompasses the Portes Du Soleil. So this year could be a great opportunity tro ride the trails at Champery, Les Crosets, Morgins, Super Chatel and last but by no means least Pre-la-Joux.
