Bike Hire Service

We’ve got mountain bikes to hire from Saracen and Nukeproof. We also have road bikes for hire from Scott and Cervelo, for those closet lycra wearers and wannabe Froomes”! Take a look at our bike hire pages to book your ride!

Bikes are available on a daily basis (no half day hires). You can view the latest availability here.

We also hire out protective equipment such as helmets, elbow and knee pads.To guarantee we have these in stock, you will need to book them along with your bike.

Things to know

Pedals
Bikes come with flat pedals as standard, if you wish to use clipless pedals, please bring your own - we’re happy to swap them over for you.
Brakes
Brakes will be orientated in the UK style by default (right brake = front brake) - We are happy to swap these over for you on our mountain bikes.
Suspension setup
We will setup the suspension to suit each riders weight as far as possible.
Tubes, pumps and spares
We have a limited stock of spare pumps for loan. We can supply you with a spare tube with each bike, but this must be returned or paid for on return of the bike.
Damage
You will be liable for the cost of any parts needing to be replaced on the completion of your hire. This excludes: tyres, brakepads, wear and tear, or any defective parts.
Theft
Whilst the bike is under your charge, you will be liable for any theft or damage that takes place.
Deposit
We take a copy of your passport or driving license when you pick up the bike.
Pick up
You should pick up your bike before 11:30am on the first day of your hire.
Drop off
You need to drop off your bike no later than 17.00 on the last day of your hire.
Check up
We will need to check over the bike every other day whilst it’s on hire - this is to ensure that all the nuts and bolts are tight and you have plenty of brake pad and tyre wear left.*

*This check should take no more than 1 hour to complete. You can opt to leave the bike with us overnight or wait. You should return the bike to us no later than 17.30 for this check. If you need to pick up or drop off your bike outside these hours, you need to arrange that in person, by phone or email, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate, but we’ll try our best.
